I am passionate about helping people understand their differences in order to connect and improve productivity. Millennial employees are often overlooked or underutilized due to a culture clash in their companies, and marketing misses the mark with next gen consumers. I work with companies to help them understand and adapt to the next gen culture, while working with young employees to develop leadership skills and move up in their careers.
I have spoken at over 100 conferences on the topic of next gen trends, including the Mortgage Bankers Association, Harvard Business School, and the American Bar Association. I own and manage a multicultural marketing and training company, Cultural Outreach, and manage a women’s career-focused publication, Mortgage Women Magazine. I spent the last five years working with companies who are largely male-dominated and trend older in age to improve their ability to recruit, retain and market to a younger audience.
Outside of work, I like to travel to interesting places, eat the best food, and craft bath and body products!
